Shipping

We will ship items that are in stock within 48 hours of the order being placed. 

If you wish to order a piece that is currently out of stock, you won’t be able to do it directly on the website until I add more stock, so please contact me to discuss the likely timeframe for restocking and delivery.  I will be able to advise you as to whether I can remake the piece (ie. if I have the materials available), or whether I have more pieces in production, and can advise you of an estimated shipping date accordingly.

Australian orders

Local orders over $150 will be shipped free of charge.

Orders under $150 will be shipped via Express Post at current Express Post rates.  All Express Post parcels have a tracking number.

Australia Post Express Post delivery times are:

  • 1 business day from date of posting to Australian capital city destinations.
  • Usually 2-3 business days to destinations outside of capital cities.
  • Potentially longer to rural/remote areas.

Please note:  Australia Post delivery times are taking longer than usual due to COVID-19, Christmas and the upsurge in online shopping.

International orders

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars.

International orders will be shipped via Australia Post Parcel Post.   International orders shipped via Parcel Post have a tracking number.  We offer the choice of Standard shipping (no signature required on delivery) or Express shipping (generally faster and signature required on delivery). 

Costs and estimated delivery times to metropolitan areas are as per below.  Delivery to regional areas will generally take longer.  Please note these are Australia Post estimated delivery times and do not include any delays due to Customs at the destination country or other unforeseen delays.  We take no responsibility if delivery takes longer than these estimates.

New Zealand – Standard ($18.55) – 5 business days / Express ($29.55) – 3 business days
United States – Standard ($24.00) – 5 business days / Express ($41.35) – 4 business days
Canada – Standard ($24.00) – 9 business days / Express ($41.35) – 4 business days
United Kingdom – Standard ($28.20) – 6 business days / Express ($45.55) – 4 business days

International orders may be subject to import taxes, custom duties and fees levied by the destination country charged upon entry to your country.  Buyers are responsible for any duties and taxes that may be incurred.  We encourage you to contact your local customs office for further information.  Please note, our delivery estimations do not include delays due to customs clearance procedures at the destination country.

Returns

Please choose your items carefully as there is no refund for change of mind. 

Merchandise in pristine, unworn condition can be exchanged within seven (7) days of receiving your order.  For hygiene reasons, there is no exchange on earrings.

Repairs/replacements

If, within three (3) months of purchase, you find that your item is faulty (the item has a major failure), we are happy to either repair or replace it.  In the event of replacement, this is on the proviso that components such as beads, findings etc. are still available.  If components are no longer available, a similar item will be offered to the same value.  If the piece can be repaired we are happy to do that free of charge.  We will cover a postage cost of up to $12 for you to return the goods.  Postage will be paid to you upon return of the item to be repaired only.

We will advise if we are unable to repair the piece eg. broken chain.  In this instance, your local jewellery repairer may be able to help.

Repairs outside of the three-month period can be carried out for a small fee.  Please contact us to discuss your options and any costs that may be involved. 

This excludes damage due to ordinary wear and tear, misuse, accident, abuse, alteration, substitution or improper repair by someone other than us.
